Deep sea diving is an knack which allows us to explore the generous depths of oceans of this planet. Diving usually takes place in oceans but that is not the only place it can occur; rivers, ponds and lakes also invite divers to take pleasure in wandering their depths.


SCUBA (self-contained underwater breathing apparatus) is the methodical wonder that allow us to steer and explore the depth of the oceans with a certain amount of simplicity without being anxious about holding our breath. It has been affirmed that the amount of active divers has increased to go beyond 6 million. These comprise cave, wreck, commercial and military diving. Recreational and sport diving are practiced at depths of  less than 130 ft 39 m and are the most ordinary forms of diving as diving past this depth requires training as stated earlier.


Diving for leisure purpose has been growing over the years. Tropical islands such as the Fiji Islands and Hawaii are famous spots for deep sea diving between amateur and qualified alike because of the vast and diverse marine life that inhabit the nearby waters. The Grand Turk in the Bahamas is also a popular spot amongst scuba diving enthusiast because of its varying depths, starting from 25 feet and diving all the way down to 7000 feet.



Many well-known, non-tropical dive sites experience equally similar from locals and tourists levels of hustle bustle. The Red Sea in Egypt is renowned for its many spectacular diving sites, together with its cobalt translucent waters and a wide range of marine life.


As all adventures diving has its cons. The temperatures in the depths and the water pressure are hazardous for health, wellbeing if not prepared, equipped for and cannot be taken carelessly. Breathing under pressure and danger from aquatic animals is always eminent|. Human mobility under water is noticeable low thus making it difficult to maneuver and require more muscle strength. So it is imperative that you choose the right guys for the job of guiding you through your marvelous holiday experience.
